We reply fast.
We're a two-person shop and we take support seriously — partly because our customers pay more for a reason, partly because we don't have the scale problem yet. Here's the math on response times.

Common first questions.
I want to return something.
30 days, no drama. Reply to your order confirmation email with "return" in the subject, or fill out the form with your order # — we'll email a prepaid UPS label within an hour. Refund lands 2–3 business days after the package gets to us.
My package is late / missing.
Happens rarely but it happens. Fill the form with your order # and tracking, and we'll start a UPS trace immediately. If the package is confirmed lost, we replace it on our dime, overnight.
There's a dent / scratch on arrival.
We need a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll overnight a replacement and have UPS pick up the damaged unit. No cost to you. This has happened ~3 times in 4,000+ shipments — we take it personally.
Are you hiring?
Not formally — right now "hiring" means we're considering a part-time fabricator for 2–3 days a week once drop 03 ships. If that sounds like you, send your shop background through the form with "Jobs" selected.
Can I pitch you a product idea?
Yes, please. We've already built two things because people emailed us about them. Tell us what object should exist and doesn't. Bonus points if you include a rough drawing.
Are you on social?
Yes — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest. Links in the footer. But email is faster for anything that needs an actual reply.
